This house is situated on land within a golf course development, surrounded by vast green spaces, with the rear of the property directly bordering the golf course fairway. The primary design challenge set by the owner was to position the house as close to the rear boundary as possible, ensuring that the main living areas within the home would have unobstructed views of the golf course. A second, equally critical requirement was to arrange the building to accommodate three separate families: the central structure for the parents, the left wing for the younger son's family, and the right wing for the elder son's family.
