Lom Hai Jai Tranquil is a townhome project that prioritizes privacy and tranquility. The design goal is to make the most of 7-meter wide with deep 32-meter land to enhance privacy and incorporating a concept of "bringing the outside, inside."

With privacy in mind, the façade design is deliberately "closed," while the interior space allows for manipulation to achieve architectural design goals. A three-story high atrium is centrally located in the common area of the house, providing a light and open feel to the space with natural light and terrazzo texture precast concrete, like the exterior façade, creating the sensation of a private courtyard inside the house. Walls and voids are carefully placed according to each function in order to minimize any irrelevant protrusions that could potentially interfere with the quality of the spaces.
